Wholesale account application
We only accept wholesale orders from physical retail stores in Canada. Please download the application form and email to email@example.com. Applications are normally
processed within approximately 2-3 business days.
We offer variable discounts for wholesale orders based on the order value. The minimum order value is $200.
How to place an order
We will provide our wholesale accounts the order form. After filling the form, please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The wholesale order will be shipped via couriers such as UPS, Canpar by ground, unless otherwise required. Shipping charges will vary depending on the weight and size of the package. Orders over $400 ship for free in BC. Orders over $600 ship for free outside BC.
We accept credit cards for the initial orders from new customers. Visa, MasterCard, Check and e-transfers are accepted as payment.
Reports of damage and missing items
All such issues must be reported by email with photos within 7 days of receiving the order. Please send an email to email@example.com.
Cancel an order
You can cancel an order by calling us during 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM PT on business days, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. However, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee if the order has been packed.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Antler Mountain and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returned items must be in good condition and in their original packaging without any stickers tagged by the retailer.
